These terms apply to the Pehle Socho app on Android, iPhone and the web, and to pehlesocho.com. By using Pehle Socho you agree to them. Pehle Socho is run from Jaipur, India by Karan Bindal (Bindal Infotech).
What Pehle Socho is
Pehle Socho gives information about how forecast weather could affect your work, estimates in rupee ranges, and suggestions of actions you might take. It is free for individual users.
Estimates are not guarantees
- Forecasts come from third-party weather services and can be wrong.
- Rupee figures are estimates based on the forecast and the information you gave us, shown as ranges. Actual results will differ.
- Pehle Socho is not a weather department, emergency service, bank, insurer, or financial, legal or medical adviser. In an emergency follow official warnings and local authorities.
- You decide what to do. We are not responsible for business decisions you make using the app.
Your account
Give accurate information so the estimates fit your work. Keep your phone and login secure. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, no false information intended to mislead others, and no use that breaks the law.
Content and intellectual property
The app, its design, text and the Pehle Socho name and logos belong to us. You may use the app for your own livelihood decisions.
Availability and changes
Pehle Socho is at pilot stage. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will tell you in the app about material changes to these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pehle Socho is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from weather, forecasts or decisions taken using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
