Delete your account and data

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Pehle Socho (Android, iPhone, or the web app) and log in.
2. Tap Me, then the settings icon.
3. Tap Data & privacy, then Delete all my data.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete.

This permanently deletes your account (phone number or email login), your profile, all estimates, action records, outcomes and usage events from our database straight away. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send us a request below with the mobile number or email you used to log in. We will verify it is your account and delete everything within 7 days, then confirm to you.

What is kept

Anonymous usage counts that cannot identify you (for example, how many people opened the app on a day) may be kept. Our providers' encrypted backups roll over within 30 days. See the privacy policy.
